For over 110 years, nestled in the picturesque village of Arlington, stands Yew Tree Inn. The two and a half acre plot has been popular for food and drinks for the last 30 years. In that time the Yew Tree has become the pub full of character that you see today.
The Yew Tree team are passionate about good service and great food and this is echoed in our menu which has something for everyone! We serve a wide variety of fresh, hearty food and a range of delicious desserts. It doesn't end there - with a great wine list and traditional Ales such as Long Man!
As well as the great menu, the place itself is like a home from home. A traditional bar area where those wishing to enjoy a casual drink can while away the hours, the restaurant and saloon bar with comfortable bench seating and the very popular conservatory with beautiful views out to the garden. The large garden is a colourful delight in the spring and summer and has a play area to keep the kids entertained.
Dogs and dog walkers are more than welcome here and can use the bar area at the front of the building or garden (we do not allow dogs in to our main restaurant and conservatory area). Please do say when booking if you are bringing a dog so that you may be reserved a table in the correct area.
The Yew Tree has indoor seating for 75, including the conservatory area which holds 26 and is available for private hire. With seating outdoors for approximately 100 people it is the perfect place to make the most of summer time, and equally, with the log fires and cosy surroundings, there is no place better to spend those cold winter evenings.
Booking is advisable, especially on the weekends as it does get busy!
