fried in olive oil, garlic, chilli & parsley
in a lemon and white wine sauce,

and bacon wrap with cranberry, pork

topped with parma ham, oyster mushrooms
and rocket salad tagliatelle with red salsa sauce

basil and walnuts, served with a port & bacon sauce

on a bed of roasted root vegetables,
herbed new potatoes and red wine masala sauce

stuffed with asparagus and mushrooms
topped withcreamy leek sauce

with honey mustard glaze, accompanied with
cherry sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and vegetables
