Button mushrooms in a creamy gorgonzola cheese sprinkled with fresh basil

Butterfly and Filo Prawns on a bed of crispy salad with a mango, chilli and lime dip

Ham Hock bon bons on a bed of apple, celery and rocket salad with wholegrain mustard dressing

Poached pear in mulled wine with toasted walnuts and red berry compote
